		President

		As President of the firm, Mr. Segars provides oversight, project management and design input for all design work done for the clients of Segars Engineering. His 23 years of design and management experience in virtually every major industrial, commercial and governmental sector provide a breadth of knowledge necessary for tackling the most complex engineering problems. All of Mr. Segars’ experience involves project planning, design and construction, with over 17 years dedicated to design and construction administration. He is specifically capable in the areas of project management and administration, planning, scheduling, structural engineering and overall architectural and engineering management.



Dylan Fraser, EIT
Engineer

As a Civil/Structural Engineer for the company, Dylan provides design analysis and project management for the civil/site development and structural projects for the clients of Segars Engineering. His duties include using AutoCAD, RISA structural software and his education to analyze and model projects. He performs field inspections and measurements for a variety of structure types.

Michael Hamilton, LEED-AP BD+C
Energy and Environmental Analyst

As an Energy and Environmental Analyst for the company, Mike provides creative and technical work on green projects, including energy efficiency analysis, LEED project management, and alternative energy site analysis. His duties include using energy modeling software to optimize building energy systems as well as integrating other green building features into the building design.

Vicki Davis
Business Development Consultant

As the Business Development Consultant for the company, Vicki assists in cultivating relationships with current, previous and prospective clients. Her duties include business development, project/office management, administration and keeping the company's books.
